Role Overview: As a Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you will be the frontline support for our healthcare clients in Idaho, assisting customers with inquiries related to their insurance plans. Your role is vital in ensuring customers receive accurate information and compassionate service. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from customers regarding healthcare insurance plans and benefits. - You will assist customers with detailed reviews and change requests on their member insurance plans. - You will provide clear and accurate information about healthcare policies and procedures. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. - You will document customer interactions and update records accurately. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will stay informed about healthcare regulations and company policies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of insurance terminology and healthcare regulations. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Certification in customer service or healthcare-related fields.
