Your role is vital in ensuring a positive experience for our customers by providing accurate information and empathetic support. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare insurance plans. - You will assist customers with detailed reviews and change requests on their insurance coverage. - You will provide clear and accurate information about healthcare benefits and policies. - You will resolve member inquiries efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach. - You will document all interactions and updates accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will stay informed about healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating professionalism and empathy. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of insurance plans and healthcare terminology. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Certification or training related to healthcare customer service.
