What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from customers regarding their healthcare insurance plans and benefits. - You will assist customers with detailed reviews and change requests on their member insurance plans. - You will provide clear, empathetic, and accurate information to resolve customer inquiries. - You will document customer interactions and update records in compliance with company policies. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies, insurance products, and regulatory requirements. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and call center technology. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
