Your role is vital in ensuring members understand their insurance plans and receive the support they need with compassion and accuracy. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare insurance plans and benefits. - You will assist customers with detailed reviews and change requests on their insurance coverage. - You will provide clear and accurate information about healthcare policies and procedures. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism. - You will document all interactions accurately in the system to ensure seamless follow-up. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to address complex inquiries. - You will stay updated on healthcare regulations and company policies to provide informed assistance. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
