Role Overview: As a Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you will be the frontline support for our healthcare clients in Idaho, assisting customers with a variety of healthcare-related inquiries. Your role is vital in ensuring members understand their insurance plans and receive the support they need with compassion and accuracy. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare insurance plans. - You will assist customers with detailed reviews and change requests on their insurance coverage. - You will provide clear and accurate information about benefits, claims, and eligibility. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy. - You will document all interactions thoroughly in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction. - You will stay updated on healthcare policies and insurance regulations relevant to Idaho. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance terminology and processes. - Proficiency with computer systems and data entry. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
