What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from customers regarding healthcare insurance plans and benefits. - You will review and process change requests on member insurance plans accurately. - You will provide detailed explanations of healthcare coverage and answer customer questions. - You will document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues. - You will stay updated on healthcare policies and insurance regulations. - You will maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance plans and terminology. - Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center environment. - Familiarity with Idaho healthcare regulations and insurance policies. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Certification in healthcare customer service or related fields.
