Role Overview: As a Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you will be the frontline support for our healthcare clients in Idaho, assisting customers with inquiries related to their insurance plans. Your role is vital in ensuring members receive accurate information and empathetic service, helping them navigate their healthcare options with confidence. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare insurance plans. - You will review and process change requests on member insurance plans accurately. - You will provide detailed explanations of plan benefits, coverage, and eligibility. - You will resolve customer issues and answer questions with professionalism and empathy. - You will document all interactions thoroughly in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will stay updated on healthcare policies and insurance regulations. - You will maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
