What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers. - You have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare certifications are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of insurance terminology and healthcare regulations. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
