What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare insurance plans and related inquiries. - You will review and process detailed requests for changes to member insurance plans. - You will provide clear and accurate information about healthcare benefits and coverage. - You will resolve member issues efficiently while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor. - You will document all interactions and updates accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will stay informed about healthcare policies and updates to provide current information. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using customer service software and databases. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work in a statewide capacity across Idaho. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare insurance plans and terminology. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment. - Certification in customer service or healthcare-related fields.
