What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from customers regarding their healthcare insurance plans and related inquiries. - You will review and process change requests on member insurance plans accurately and efficiently. - You will provide detailed explanations of healthcare benefits and coverage options. - You will resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to resolve complex issues. - You will stay updated on healthcare policies, insurance products, and company procedures. - You will meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency with computer systems and data entry. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center or insurance environment. - Knowledge of healthcare insurance plans and terminology. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies.
