Role Overview: As a Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you will be the frontline support for our healthcare clients in Idaho, assisting customers with a variety of healthcare-related inquiries. Your role is vital in ensuring members understand their insurance plans and receive the support they need with empathy and professionalism. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare insurance plans and benefits. - You will assist customers with detailed reviews and change requests on their insurance coverage. - You will provide accurate information and resolve inquiries related to healthcare services and policies. - You will document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and professionalism. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with healthcare insurance plans or medical terminology. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a call center environment. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
