What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance plans and terminology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
