What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with healthcare insurance plans. - You will review and process detailed change requests on member insurance plans. - You will provide clear explanations of benefits, coverage options, and policy details. - You will resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism. - You will document interactions accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality. - You will stay informed about healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a patient and helpful demeanor. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Proficiency with computer systems and call center software. - Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
