What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls related to healthcare insurance plans, providing detailed reviews and processing change requests. - You will assist customers in understanding their benefits and coverage options. - You will resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document interactions accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to address complex inquiries. - You will stay informed about healthcare policies and updates to provide accurate information. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare insurance terminology and processes. - Bilingual certification or related language credentials. - Previous experience with ResultsCX or similar customer experience companies.
