What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from healthcare members statewide, providing clear and empathetic support. - You will assist customers with detailed reviews and change requests on their insurance plans. - You will resolve inquiries related to benefits, coverage, and claims efficiently. - You will document all interactions accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with sensitive healthcare issues. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with healthcare insurance plans and terminology. - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards. - Previous experience in a call center environment. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
