Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will help bridge language gaps and ensure our customers receive accurate and compassionate support. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, including detailed reviews and change requests on member insurance plans. - You will provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding their healthcare benefits and coverage. - You will assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions about their insurance plans. - You will document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures to provide informed assistance. - You will ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards during customer interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Proficiency with customer service software and basic computer skills.
