What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Proficiency with customer service software and basic computer skills.
