Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will help bridge language gaps and ensure our clients receive accurate and compassionate support. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from customers regarding their healthcare insurance plans. - You will assist with detailed reviews and change requests on member insurance plans. - You will provide clear explanations of benefits, coverage options, and policy details. - You will resolve customer issues and answer questions with empathy and professionalism. - You will document interactions accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about healthcare policies and updates to provide accurate information. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of insurance terminology and healthcare regulations. - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and privacy standards. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
