What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of insurance terminology and healthcare regulations. - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and privacy standards. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
