What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from healthcare members, addressing a wide range of inquiries and concerns. - You will review and process detailed requests for changes to member information and healthcare plans. - You will provide accurate information about healthcare benefits, coverage, and policies. - You will document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will deliver empathetic and patient-centered service to support diverse customer needs. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. - You are fluent in English and Spanish (or another second language relevant to the region). - You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
