What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, providing detailed reviews and processing change requests. - You will assist members in understanding their healthcare benefits and resolving issues promptly. - You will document all interactions accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date member records. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently. - You will maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will provide empathetic and clear communication to support diverse member needs. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare products and services. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - You are fluent in English and at least one other language relevant to the North Carolina community. - You have strong communication and problem-solving skills. - You are proficient with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
