What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare. - You are fluent in English and at least one other language relevant to the North Carolina community. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - You are proficient with computer systems and data entry. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with healthcare insurance or Medicaid programs. - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance. - Previous experience in a call center environment. - Additional language skills beyond the required bilingual proficiency.
