What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - Proficiency in English and Spanish (or another relevant language) with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Familiarity with healthcare terminology and insurance processes is a plus. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call center environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems or CRM software. - Previous work experience in a bilingual healthcare call center. - Knowledge of North Carolina healthcare regulations and policies. - Additional language skills beyond the required bilingual proficiency.
