Your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will help bridge gaps and ensure our customers receive accurate and compassionate support. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, providing detailed reviews and processing change requests. - You will assist members with understanding their healthcare benefits and resolving issues. - You will document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve complex cases. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will provide empathetic and clear communication to support diverse customer needs. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare products and services. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You have bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another relevant language). - You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Additional language skills beyond the required bilingual proficiency. - Certification in customer service or healthcare-related fields.
