What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - You have bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another relevant language). - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Additional language skills beyond the required bilingual proficiency. - Familiarity with CRM software and data entry best practices.
