Your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will help bridge communication gaps and ensure our customers receive accurate and compassionate support. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from healthcare members, addressing a wide range of inquiries and concerns. - You will review and process detailed requests for changes to member information and healthcare plans. - You will provide clear and empathetic communication to resolve customer issues efficiently. - You will document all interactions accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date records. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will stay informed about healthcare policies and updates to provide accurate information. - You will assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - You have bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another relevant language). - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Additional language skills beyond the required bilingual proficiency. - Familiarity with CRM software and data entry best practices.
