What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
