What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from healthcare members, addressing a wide range of inquiries and concerns. - You will assist members with detailed reviews and change requests related to their healthcare plans. - You will provide clear and accurate information about benefits, coverage, and eligibility. - You will document all member interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to resolve complex issues. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will use your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking members. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service quality. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer information. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
