What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, providing detailed reviews and processing change requests. - You will assist members in understanding their healthcare benefits and resolving any issues they encounter. - You will document all interactions accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date member records. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve complex cases. - You will maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will provide empathetic and clear communication to support diverse member needs. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare products and services.
