What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You have bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another relevant language). - You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and CRM software. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of insurance terminology and healthcare regulations. - Additional language skills beyond the required bilingual proficiency. - Certification in customer service or healthcare-related fields.
