Who you are: The ideal candidate is a strategic thought partner and systems integration consultant who brings consulting acumen and disciplined project management to complex, cross-functional SaaS initiatives. They are natural overcommunicators who command rooms without ego, building trust through consistent follow-through and unwavering integrity. With 5-7+ years managing enterprise programs, they translate business strategy into executable plans, anticipate risks, and leverage AI tools to enhance delivery. They're humble, adaptive, and biased toward action—never needing reminders because they proactively own outcomes from strategy through adoption. This person thrives in ambiguity, influences without authority, and honors every commitment. They see systems, not silos, and connect daily execution to strategic impact. Above all, they always deliver—when they commit to something, the organization knows it will happen, and happen well.
