Position: Hyper Wellness Representative We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused Hyper Wellness Representative who thrives in a performance-based environment. This is more than a front desk role — it’s a relationship-building, sales-driven position where you help clients discover the services and memberships that will transform how they feel. If you love connecting with people, educating them, and confidently recommending solutions that genuinely improve their health, this role is for you. You are the first impression of our studio — and a key driver of studio revenue and client retention. What You’ll Do • Deliver exceptional, high-energy customer service to every guest • Build relationships with clients and understand their wellness goals • Confidently recommend services, packages, and memberships that align with their needs • Provide studio tours that convert prospects into members • Educate clients on Restore’s modalities and wellness offerings • Onboard new clients, obtain waivers, and create profiles in our POS system • Check in clients and process retail transactions • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads • Administer all non-medical, non-specialty services • Execute opening and closing procedures • Maintain strong knowledge of all services, products, and promotions • Support outreach efforts, community events, and social media initiatives What We’re Looking For • A genuine passion for health, wellness, fitness, or recovery • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly • Confidence in recommending products and closing sales • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (retail, fitness, hospitality, or service industry preferred) • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Availability to work weekends • A goal-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to studio growth • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field (preferred, not required) Compensation & Perks • Competitive base pay plus performance-based earning opportunities • Flexible scheduling • A fun, supportive, and energetic work environment • 401k • Complimentary and discounted Restore services • Opportunity for advancement within a rapidly expanding national brand If you’re passionate about wellness, energized by helping people invest in themselves, and excited about being part of a fast-growing company where your performance directly impacts success — we’d love to meet you. mbnQdmIFuj
