Distribution Operations Manager As a Distribution Manager with Restaurant Technologies, you will be responsible for achieving depot results through Distribution team leadership within the depot, including meeting the organization standards in people leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence and financial performance. PAY RATE: $80,000 - $95,000 + annual bonus potential of up to 15% Primary Job Accountabilities: Develop and lead a team, communicate and hold high standards of safety and performance. Accountability for workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, recognition, and development. Be a role model and enforce a safety-driven culture and operational excellence. Create a customer-focused culture, working across centralized services and support teams to ensure customer needs are met. Guarantees that customers are satisfied, and any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in timely manner. Partner with the General Manager to meet the financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the depot/business. Manage the P&L budgets and metrics for Distribution operations.
