Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication while partnering with hiring managers and attending career fairs.
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of professional experience with strong organizational, communication, and recruiting skills.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a trusted partner and is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This position will deliver high-quality professional candidates in a variety of fields including education while assisting and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. The talent acquisition partner will assist in the development of local and national recruiting plans and will employ traditional sourcing strategies as resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for ResponsiveEd. About You: The ideal candidate will be passionate about growing their career in talent, will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. They will also bring: • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Strong initiative and solid judgment skills • Highly detail-oriented • Advanced user of technology to extend the recruiting efforts of the district • Ability to travel to career fairs as needed Qualifications: Education/Certification and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University • 3+ years professional work experience required Core Responsibilities • Meets with hiring managers and department heads to develop highly accurate and targeted search criteria for open requisitions • Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the very best candidates • Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements • Manages the applicant tracking systems and posts all approved requisitions to the company careers page • Manages the duplication of all job postings to relevant job boards for the attraction of targeted candidates • Prescreens and interviews candidates • Proactively recruits using a variety of social media channels to attract the passive candidate • Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position; manages and coordinates all communication with candidates. • Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required • Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate • Participates in career fairs • Serves as the primary point of contact for recruits throughout the interviewing process (e.g., communicates status, answers questions; schedules start date, and coordinates all follow-up efforts, etc.) • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment • Participates in special projects as assigned • Performs all other related duties as assigned
