Responsiv Overview Responsiv is a regulatory change management platform that tells you when your regulatory posture is out of date. Responsiv analyzes new regulations and notifies you when there’s been an important new rule that you should be aware of. It then takes that regulation and performs a gap analysis on your existing controls, policies, and procedures, suggesting necessary changes. Responsiv addresses the challenge of staying compliant in an increasingly complex and fast-evolving regulatory landscape allowing you to: Track your regulatory obligations: Continuously monitor which laws and regulations apply to your organization, ensuring you remain compliant with every requirement. Ensure your controls and policies are always up to date: with ongoing gap analyses Update your controls and policies with new regulations immediately: by automatically drafting compliance updates based on the latest regulatory guidelines Get back to the business faster: by understanding the regulatory context behind a specific situation that may not be covered in existing policies Backed by Greylock and OnDean Forward (Andrew Sieja, founder of Relativity). Role Responsibilities Full Stack Development: Utilize your extensive knowledge of the tech stack including Azure, LLMs, C#, React, HTTP, REST, Github, NUnit, and Python to develop end-to-end solutions. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code that powers the front-end and back-end of our platform. Integrate front-end components with server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Make high-impact contributions with fast cycles of iteration Azure Deployment & Management: Deploy and manage applications on Azure platforms. Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications in the cloud. Qualifications Proven senior experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar using C#, React and Python. Experience working with Data Scientists to create, update and roll out ML models Hands-on experience with Azure platforms. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a mindset geared towards innovation and ownership.
