Full Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Analyst based in Virginia OR Seattle to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a significant business expansion initiative. This role will play a critical part in validating tax-related system functionalities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying potential issues before deployment. This requires 5 days onsite in Seattle, 98109. • Execute predefined test scenarios related to VAT tax functionality, using testing cases and expected tax behavior provided by the internal team • Compare actual system results against expected outcomes to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments to support testing efforts and resolve issues • Perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and follow through on testing activities • Proactively follow up with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues and completion of testing cycles • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Expertise: Proven experience in executing and validating UAT processes, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to identify and document discrepancies between expected and actual outcomes. • Project Management Abilities: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive testing initiatives to completion. • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain structured documentation, track progress across testing cycles, and ensure all deliverables are met with precision and timeliness. • Detail-Oriented Execution Mindset: Strong attention to detail in reviewing tax scenarios, validating system outputs, and ensuring compliance with predefined requirements and standards. • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. ?? • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. ? • Pay Range: $50-60/hr.
