Role: System Reliability Engineer Location- Remote Note: Only on W2 We are seeking a System Reliability Engineer (SRE) who brings a unique blend of technical expertise and organizational leadership to drive reliability, scalability, and cultural transformation across systems. This role will focus on embedding reliability into processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leading change management efforts to support adoption. Key Responsibilities: System Reliability & Process Optimization • Design and implement reliability engineering practices across CC&B data platforms. • Develop and refine incident response, postmortem, and root cause analysis processes. • Establish SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets to guide service performance and reliability. • Collaborate with engineering teams to automate monitoring, alerting, and recovery workflows. Organizational Change Management (OCM) • Lead OCM initiatives to support adoption of SRE principles • Develop training, communication, and engagement strategies to align teams with new processes. • Partner with HR, PMO, and leadership to embed reliability into organizational KPIs and performance metrics.
