Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service and data entry experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills. A bachelor's degree and experience in energy efficiency or project coordination are preferred.

In this role, you will empower customers to conserve energy and cut costs by ensuring that programs are executed smoothly, contractors are well-supported, and customers reap the full benefits of our initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Data Entry - enter data into various database applications. Maintain electronic tracking system of applications, rebates and other supporting documents. Generate reports for projects and program operations. Communicate effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers. Take customer service calls in pursuit of first call resolution. Provide customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls. Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer centric environment. Safeguard confidential customer information. May provide peer training to co-workers and job shadowing support as assigned in area of responsibility. Other duties as assigned. Must be located in or willing to relocate to New Jersey 2+ years previous customer service and data entry experience required Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Results-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization to deliver on commitments and meet objectives Able to meet deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs Experience with various Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment Preferred skills, education and experience Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or project coordination preferred Experience working with utility-sponsored rebate or incentive programs is a plus About Resource Innovations Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.
