Candidates should have proficiency in Jira and experience managing tech-based projects in engineering or related industries. An engineering or technical background is preferred, along with a good understanding of hardware and software development stages.

As our interim Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating customer projects, and ensuring efficient execution across our teams. Specific responsibilities include maintaining engineering project plans in Jira, coordinating and preparing for customer communications, setting weekly team goals, driving completion, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Your efforts will directly support the timely and successful delivery of our innovative wireless charging systems for life-changing medical devices, driving team productivity, enhancing internal system reliability, and enabling our continued growth and excellence. Your typical day will involve… Project Tracking and Team Coordination Monitor wireless power system design and development project progress, track deliverables, and coordinate team activities to ensure milestones are met on time. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery. Consult with the Director of Systems Engineering, who will advise on engineering effort, risk, and strategies, making sure to keep them apprised of budget, resource, and timeline status, among other things. Collaborate with cross functional teams and escalate risks in project execution. Logistics and Planning Support Work closely with the leadership team, including our Director of Systems Engineering, to coordinate resources, drive accountability, ensure transparency of project decisions, and build trust across the team. Help the team plan for customer communications and meetings, including by setting agendas and preparing meeting documents. Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure project cohesion. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Jira project management tools. Experience managing tech-based projects in the engineering, manufacturing, or related industries (e.g. hardware design and development, software development, IT, and/or system implementations). Able to work 20-40 hours per week in consistent work blocks aligned with east coast working hours (i.e. 9 am - 3 pm Eastern). Preferred Qualifications: Engineering or technical background preferred. Good understanding of the typical stages and components involved in hardware and software development. Experience managing medical technology or medical device development projects.
