Position Summary The Senior Recruiter (Lead) serves as the strategic hiring partner for Resolution Think, leading full-cycle recruitment across federal and commercial programs. This role oversees recruitment operations, drives talent-acquisition strategy, and ensures hiring excellence for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions. The Senior Recruiter (Lead) mentors junior recruiting staff, collaborates closely with program managers, and helps shape organizational growth through proactive workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership • Lead the planning, development, and execution of company-wide recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Serve as the recruiting subject-matter expert and primary point of escalation for complex or sensitive hiring needs. • Mentor and provide guidance to recruiting team members; may oversee daily workflows and workload distribution. • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure recruiting performance and offer insights to leadership. Full-Cycle Recruitment • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for senior-level, technical, cleared, and specialized positions. • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and candidate profiles. • Source passive and active candidates through innovative methods, including networking, social platforms, niche job boards, and industry events. • Conduct screening interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate hiring manager interviews. • Provide finalist recommendations and guide selection decisions based on data, competencies, and organizational fit. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding handoff. • Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and community events to strengthen employer brand visibility. • Collaborate with HR and marketing on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Compliance & Process Management • Ensure all recruiting processes comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, including OFCCP and EEOC requirements. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Support audit requirements for government contracting—including applicant flow, job posting logs, and equity hiring documentation. • Recommend process improvements and implement best practices to streamline recruiting operations. Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Partnership • Consult with program leadership regarding staffing forecasts, contract proposals, and surge hiring strategies. • Participate in proposal development efforts by preparing recruiting strategies, labor market analyses, and availability assessments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support long-term workforce planning. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience. • 7–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years recruiting for federal government contracts or highly technical positions. • Experience leading or mentoring recruiters or recruiting teams. • Strong understanding of OFCCP, EEOC, and federal contracting compliance requirements. • Proven ability to source passive candidates in competitive markets. • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, etc.).
