Resmed is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Global Marketing Partnerships to drive the success of our brand and healthcare partnerships. In this role, you’ll manage the planning and execution of high-impact programs with partners—coordinating across teams, building clear project plans, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable outcomes. Let’s talk about responsibilities: Lead planning and delivery of marketing partnership initiatives in line with contractual agreements and Resmed goals. Help prioritize the partnership pipeline with input from key marketing stakeholders. Manage complex cross-functional projects with multi-disciplinary teams from definition through delivery; possessing an understanding of how various Marketing functions contribute to the overall project lifecycle. Collaborate with Enterprise Partnerships, Product, and Global Marketing delivery teams (creative, digital, operations) and external agencies as needed. Collaborate on defining scope, monitor risks and scope creep, advance solutions, and adapt plans dynamically. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders—setting clear expectations and highlighting key decision points. Establish and own meeting cadences (e.g., weekly check-ins, steering committees) to keep teams aligned. Orchestrate cross-functional meetings and workshops, ensuring actionable outcomes and accountability. Produce concise, timely status reports, capacity plans and Asana dashboards that reflect work progress in our systems—so “what’s next” is always clear. Write and maintain high-quality deliverables: project summaries, charters, decision logs, and post-mortems. Proactively identify gaps in process or tooling and lead the creation of new standards. Facilitate regular retrospectives to surface learnings, drive iterative improvements. Identify and engage the right decision-makers, driving consensus and clear ownership. Let’s talk about qualifications & experience: 6+ years of experience practicing project management, with at least 3 years in Marketing or Partnerships-related initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and time-management skills across shared-resource environments. Hands-on experience running retrospectives and embedding learnings into process updates Exceptional documentation skills and mastery of digital PM tools (Asana, Confluence, etc.) Ability to function effectively and communicate with cross-functional teams with shared resources. Scrum certification (or equivalent Agile credential) and real-world Agile delivery practice. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD Annual For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
