Senior Project Manager responsible for exceeding client expectations through superior implementation, delivery and management of Brightree products and solutions. The Senior Project Manager oversees multidimensional projects, develops comprehensive project plans and manages project team and stakeholders throughout the complete project life cycle, and manages ongoing customer communication. This role supports the project team in creation of project/ program delivery strategies, including project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource management. This role requires the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possesses a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the work effort and for the company. Let’s talk about Responsibilities Oversees detailed project activities and manages multiple enterprise installations simultaneously Gathers system requirements and design solutions to business needs for optimal implementation and user experience. Manages project risk, schedule, and budget Maintains contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each project and client user expectations. Implements strong program management practices (change requests, issue management, risk management and decision tracking) and contributes to standard client implementation methodologies and management best practices. Enables contract fulfillment and issue resolution by managing partnerships and handles escalation issues. Assists Product Management with requirements analysis and participate in system development reviews. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience 5+ years of software implementation project management work experience Formal training in project management methodologies, PMP Skills in decision making, facilitation, influencing, financial acumen, and negotiation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and performance criteria. Ability to manage large, complex projects through cross-functional teams working within a software development environment or hardware implementation cycle Superior organizational and project management skills Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse working groups with an eye toward project dependencies. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Working knowledge of the components of the software release process, including issues of development, documentation, packaging and quality assurance Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Very strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment Experience with Healthcare SaaS Implementations Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand Proficient in MS Office Tools: MS Project, SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment with the ability to own areas of the implementation team with minimal supervision Travel Required 25% average to customer sites within the US We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $105,000 - $143,000 For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
