About Us: At Brightree by Resmed, we're dedicated to revolutionizing the way technology serves our customers. We pride ourselves on innovation, exceptional customer service, and a deep passion for leveraging technology to drive positive change. As a Senior Product Specialist (Data Analyst), you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to support and enhance products within the Brightree Product Suite. Role summary As Senior Product Manager for Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for a portfolio of data products that power decision-making across Brightree and our customers: governed datasets, self-service analytics, embedded insight experiences, and responsible AI use cases. You will turn strategy into shipped capabilities that measurably improve adoption, decision quality, and time-to-insight, working closely with Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders across Brightree and ResMed. You will manage the product lifecycle end-to-end discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization anchored in outcomes and customer value. Core responsibilities Strategy & outcomes. Define clear product goals and success metrics (e.g., adoption, decision latency, governed KPI coverage). Maintain a transparent, KPI-driven roadmap that ladders into business objectives. Product delivery. Run discovery to frame problems; author PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog, release planning, feature flags, and post-launch measurement. Drive iterative delivery with tight feedback loops. Platform & data contracts. Work with engineering to shape scalable pipelines and stores (lake/warehouse/marts), semantic models, SLAs, and cost governance. Treat data definitions as product contracts with change-management playbooks. Analytics experiences. Productize self-service and embedded analytics (dashboards, decision flows, alerts). Raise UX quality and performance standards; deprecate low-value assets. Applied AI. Introduce human-in-the-loop AI where it demonstrably reduces toil or improves decisions and set guardrails for quality, bias, and auditability. Governance as a product. Drive practical governance, accuracy, consistency, privacy, and access; embedded in workflows and expand standardized KPI/event models. Stakeholder leadership. Engage executives and major customers, negotiate trade-offs, and communicate decision-ready options. Convert qualitative/quantitative signal into priority calls. Qualifications & experience Required Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data/Analytics, AI, or related field. 7+ years in product management delivering data platforms/analytics at enterprise scale; history of shipping measurable outcomes in B2B SaaS. Working literacy with Snowflake (or equivalent), SQL, Python, and modern BI; comfortable reading code, writing non-production SQL, and pairing with engineers on designs. Demonstrated success building governed, self-service analytics (semantic layers, KPI definitions, lineage) that drive adoption and trust. Successful experience productizing applied-AI features with human oversight and clear evaluation standards. Executive level communication; proven stakeholder management across Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Compliance. Preferred Domain depth in Digital Health, Post Acute Care (HME/DME), Revenue Cycle, or Supply-Chain analytics. Analytics product migration experience, e.g., Power BI, Sisense, Tableau/Experience Cloud, etc. including beta programs and wave rollouts. Familiarity with product analytics/experimentation (Pendo/Tableau, A/B tests, feature flags). Track record applying AI/ML pragmatically in analytics workflows (NL query, forecasting, anomaly detection) with governance and risk controls. Experience in supply chain or finance analytics domains. Strong presentation skills for executive and customer forums; and proven ability of working horizontally. Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
