The primary role of Project Management function is to leads customer implementation projects to ensure that they meet scope, time, budget and quality expectations through planning, controlling and managing. Key deliverables include developing, prioritizing and submitting project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects. Define project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations. Taking ownership of the successful implementation of the projects and managing project financials and business impact. Job Description The primary objective of Project Manager is to perform non-technical client software implementation projects, typically from initiation through closing. The PM will coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. This role has project management responsibility and no direct reports. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Requires leading and collaboration with people/teams and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project. Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts. Typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields PMP Certification is highly preferred 3-5 years software project management/implementation experience in a customer -facing environment 2+ years Home Health & Hospice experience or healthcare software knowledge is preferred Effective written and verbal communications Leadership Scheduling and time management Organized Negotiation for managing resources, leading teams, and dealing with team conflict Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and responsibilities for multiple projects in parallel Problem solving and critical thinking skills Collaboration Adaptability We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $91,000 - $114,000 For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
