Full Description

The Pricing Process Analyst for Pricing and Rebates within sales operations scope is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end Price management and rebate management process on a global scale. This role will ensure that pricing and customer rebate processes are transformed on a global scale. The process analyst will drive current state process understanding, standardize processes, and leverage analytics to enhance operational excellence across the pricing and rebate management lifecycle. Let's talk about Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and opportunities, and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and cross-functional process flows. Capture and document current-state processes in a highly matrixed and regionally varied organization and design standardized global future-state processes. Design new processes working both independently and collaboratively with the business. Elicit and document functional business requirements and user stories. Support change management and coordinate training and communications ahead of time to ensure successful deployments. Create standard operating procedures and collaborate to ensure required knowledge articles and supporting documentation are created. Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, legal, trade requirements, and company policies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to standardize workflows globally. Support designing the global core model within price and rebate management. Utilize global analytics to gain insights into revenue behavior, customer performance, and operational efficiency. Foster collaboration and communication among Ignite program stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, legal, trade requirements and company policies. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Ability to managing multiple tasks and projects while delivering results in a timely manner. Excellence in attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of price management and customer rebate best practices and industry standards, as well as proficiency in pricing and rebate software and tools Ability to successfully achieve set deadlines Skilled at working as a contributing team member and individually on set projects Strong organizational and communication skills along with the desire to work with little supervision. Proven ability to drive projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Capacity to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders. Travel <25% annually Let's talk about Experience and Qualifications: Requires a minimum B.S/.B.A. in Business, Finance or Economics 3-5 years of financial and/or sales analysis and reporting experience Strong analytical capabilities and experience creating, deploying & administering pricing tools to optimize processes for both pricing and rebate management. Excellent organization and communication skills required. MBA preferred, not required. Experience within the medical device, regulated healthcare, and/or high-tech (hardware) industries highly preferred. Microsoft SQL Server or other SQL experience highly preferred Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Cognos, Tableau or other business intelligence system experience highly preferred. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $89,000 - $133,000 For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
