Job Summary The Implementation Consultant will become a financial focused Subject Matter Expert for the Home Health and Hospice customers. Working collaboratively with a team, this position will lead clients through software implementation, providing training and best practice workflow recommendations. Let’s talk about Responsibilities The key position involves utilizing your recent home health and/or hospice industry accounting/consulting experience and knowledge in the following ways: Deliver high value consulting services that drive financial transformation via successful adoption of MatrixCare products and services for its home health and hospice customers. Deliver best practice training support to customer C-level team though deep understanding of the Brightree financial performance and reporting tools. Managing customer feedback loop to account management, product management and engineering teams in effort to improve overall customer experience. Driving efforts to create a productive, effective internal delivery process for consulting services through pre-sales discovery, scoping and solution design sessions to ensure accurate scoping and budgeting for SOW work that drives value to the customer. Providing high quality employee immersion training that enable internal team members to have the right tools in order to provide superior customer service. Supporting the MatrixCare Implementation and Training Team to build best practices for customer implementations that help drive long term customer success. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Prior experience with use of a Financial Information System including, e-claim and e-remit procedures for Home Health and/or Hospice organization. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Help customer identify system optimization and training opportunities that lead to an increase in productivity and cash flow. Ability to become MatrixCare Subject Matter Expert. Basic understanding of Organizational Change Management principles. Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment. Approximately 30-50% overnight travel may be required for onsite client consultations. Required Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Accounting Healthcare software implementation and/or training experience for financial teams Leadership/Consulting experience Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $72,000 - $107,000 For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skill.
