Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience with deep supply chain risk management expertise, strategic consulting skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, customer-facing experience, and relevant educational background.
Description: Serve as a strategic advisor to targeted clients in the pharmaceutical industry, guiding the development and advancement of their supply chain risk management (SCRM) programs. Conduct regular business reviews and data-driven assessments to evaluate client program health and identify opportunities for optimization. Deliver advanced workshops and strategic consulting sessions on topics such as risk management, AI integration, and supply chain self-healing. Analyze platform utilization and client data to provide actionable insights, peer benchmarking, and best practice recommendations. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, technical support, and implementation, to address client needs and drive continuous improvement. Act as a trusted subject matter expert, constructively challenging clients and offering innovative solutions to enhance their supply chain resilience and regulatory compliance. Support pre-sales initiatives by advising on client requirements and contributing to pipeline growth as appropriate. Requirements: Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with deep expertise in supply chain risk management. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic consulting and expert services to large enterprise clients. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and facilitate complex discussions. Strong customer-facing experience, with a track record of building trusted advisor relationships. Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, or a related field (or related work experience); advanced degrees or professional certifications are preferred.
