Full Description

P&L Ownership & Business Performance • Own and manage the complete P&L, including revenue targets, margins, operating expenses, and profitability • Set and achieve annual and quarterly business goals with full accountability to the President and CEO • Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize resource allocation • Build and manage operating budgets across product development, sales, marketing, and customer success Product & Go-to-Market Strategy • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Financial Solutions suite • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritize features that drive customer value and revenue growth • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive new customer acquisition and expansion • Design pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies that maximize value capture while maintaining competitive edge • Build sales enablement materials and provide strategic guidance on key deals Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution • Lead through influence, building strong relationships across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams • Establish clear priorities, decision-making frameworks, and communication rhythms for efficient execution • Serve as primary business owner for all Financial Products initiatives • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and partners to inform strategy and validate product decisions Market Leadership Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research to identify growth opportunities Represent Residex at industry events and customer forums Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics Build and mentor a high-performing team as the business scales Requirements • 8-12 years in business leadership, product management, general management, or strategy roles within B2B SaaS (Required) • 5+ years of product ownership experience in billing, payments, or revenue cycle domains (Required) • Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets • Experience in healthcare technology, senior care, or regulated industries preferred • Experience working with payment infrastructure including Waystar and Stripe Core Competencies • Outstanding presentation and communication skills - ability to deliver compelling executive-ready communications to leadership, board members, and external stakeholders • Excellent organizational skills - manage complex initiatives, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and financial metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, gross margin) • Exceptional ability to lead through influence without direct authority, building consensus where possible and driving results across functions • Data-driven decision-making combined with strong strategic thinking and business modeling capabilities • Deep product sense with sufficient technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineering teams • Passion for building market-leading solutions and relentless focus on achieving financial goals What Drives You • Intrinsically motivated to build products that customers love and that dominate their markets • Competitive spirit with desire to win while maintaining focus on customer success • High standards for quality and execution with commitment to continuous improvement • Comfortable operating with autonomy in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Bias for action with track record of delivering results in resource-constrained settings Salary Description $160,000-$180,000 with bonus
