No SPONSORSHIP - NO OPT Contract to Hire - Executive Assistant/Administrator BILL RATE: $35.00-$45.00/HOUR END SALARY: $75K - $88K PLUS 6% -10% BONUS LOCATION: CHICAGO, IL HYBRID 3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE SELLING POINTS: 3-6 MONTH CONTRACT, if you perform to expectations there will be a hire. Hybrid 3 days in office - Tuesday and Wednesday onsite plus one other day, the other two days are remote Need a strong organized MS office proficient person to maintain calendars, schedule meetings and set up rooms from time to time, help with department tasks to support 3 to 6 executives. Hours are 8 to 5 M-F and not likely to have OT. Qualifications & Experience • [Required] Administrative Expertise: Broad knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, with a track record of keeping executives and day-to-day operations running smoothly. • [Required] Organizational Excellence: Detail-oriented and systematic, with a consistent record of keeping operations on track and nothing falling through the cracks. • [Required] Communication: Drafts polished, professional correspondence and documents independently, requiring minimal revision from leadership. • [Required] Prioritization & Follow-Through: Manages time-sensitive tasks and competing demands with composure and sound judgment. • [Required] Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipates needs, flags issues early, and implements solutions — often before being asked. • [Required] Discretion & Professionalism: Trusted with confidential executive information; maintains strict integrity at all times. • [Required] Collaboration: Builds strong cross-functional relationships and supports colleagues at all levels. • [Required] Travel & Expense Management: Coordinates complex travel itineraries and manages expenses via Concur, Workday, and Deem.
