Repsol has an opening for a Drilling Engineering Intern located in The Woodlands, Texas. Internship Details: Position will be based out of our office in The Woodlands, TX. Interns are expected onsite Monday-Friday, with the exception of 9/80's. The 9/80 schedule is optional per the manager's discretion, based on intern project scope and timeline. Non-local candidates may be considered but must arrange their own travel and temporary accommodation. A summer stipend will be provided to help offset out of pocket expenses. Students must be available for the full duration of the internship from May 18 - Aug 7. Any personal time off must be approved by the supervisor as unpaid leave and should be noted with the recruiter as early as possible. Interns will receive an hourly wage but are not eligible for benefits or paid time off. Interns will be compensated for observed company holidays. Responsibilities Support engineering team members with day‑to‑day tasks and ongoing projects Assist with data gathering, organization, and basic analysis related to engineering activities Help prepare reports, presentations, and other supporting documentation Participate in meetings, reviews, and team discussions to gain exposure to business processes and operations Collaborate with cross‑functional teams as needed Follow established safety standards, procedures, and company policies Qualifications Fully authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Additionally, we are not authorized for employment under OPT/CPT/F1 visa programs.
