About the role As the Compliance Monitoring Manager, Consumer Operations, you will be responsible for leading Reprise’s compliance monitoring and quality control programs. In this role, you will help design, maintain, and execute monitoring procedures, testing methods, and quality standards that support Reprise’s overall compliance strategy. You will also oversee a team of compliance professionals, ensuring effective day‑to‑day monitoring activities and quality control reviews to maintain ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage compliance professional(s)and develop strategies that support monitoring functions and ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Identify workflow gaps, recommend improvements, and create procedures to reduce errors. Detect, document, and analyze data to identify potential risks or non‑conformities. Train staff on quality control standards and compliance procedures to maintain high accuracy. Develop, update, and communicate compliance resources, policies, and procedures. Lead cross‑functional teams and investigations to resolve compliance-related issues. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and key stakeholders on compliance monitoring activities. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including compliance policies (UDAAP, BSA/AML, etc.), IT policies, and the employee handbook. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Bachelor’s degree required; a BA or BS in Finance, Business Management, or a related field is strongly preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience in a compliance‑focused financial services environment. Managerial or team leadership experience in a compliance role is highly valued. Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) are a plus. Proven ability to translate complex issues into practical, actionable solutions. Strong command of regulations and requirements relevant to the financial industry. Demonstrated strength in analysis, critical thinking, and sound decision‑making. Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced setting. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Strong leadership presence and commitment to delivering high-quality, timely work. Works seamlessly across teams and functions while also thriving in independent work. Track record of driving successful compliance initiatives and programs. High ethical standards and unwavering commitment to maintaining organizational compliance. Location This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best! While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX, whenever you choose. We encourage our remote team members to stay connected through regular virtual meetings and team events. All team members must reside in one of our approved locations by their start date, ensuring you remain part of our collaborative community. Compensation For this role our salary range is $93,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
