As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of AI and Modern Work consulting engagements by assisting the project management team in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. You will gain exposure to a variety of consulting projects while developing strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn project management practices in a consulting environment while working closely with experienced consultants, technical architects, and adoption specialists. \n Responsibilities Support the project management team in coordinating day-to-day project activities across multiple consulting engagements Maintain project plans, status reports, budget reports, and risk logs in order to monitor progress against timelines and deliverable milestones Assist with tracking project budgets, resource allocations, and resource utilization across projects Support communications with internal teams and clients, including scheduling and coordination of meetings and workshops Assist with internal operational processes and contribute to improving internal project management templates and tools Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field 1 year of professional or internship experience supporting project coordination or operational activities, with experience maintaining project documentation, tracking tasks, or supporting project delivery activities Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with project planning and management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms Understanding of project delivery frameworks or software development lifecycles Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern workplace technologies Basic exposure to tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, or other Microsoft Power Platform capabilities Experience working in technology, consulting, or cross-functional project environments \n About Reply Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services. The base compensation for this full-time position is $80,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also consider prior experience, relevant skills, education, training, certifications, and other job-related qualifications.
