At Logistics Reply, you will step into a senior leadership role as Delivery and Consulting Lead for Supply Chain Solutions, responsible for the overall success, scalability, and financial performance of LEA Reply’s consulting and implementation services across North America. You will own delivery excellence across LEA Reply platform implementations, from project kickoff through go-live and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to customer business outcomes, while building a repeatable, scalable delivery model that supports our growth strategy. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Global Reply Delivery teams, and Partners to reduce delivery risk, improve margins, and develop long-term, referenceable customers. \n Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of all LEA Reply implementations in North America (WMS, YMS, LMS, and related modules). Define and enforce delivery governance, methodology, and quality standards aligned with global Reply frameworks. Build and scale the North American implementation team, including onboarding, training, structure, and performance management. Proactively manage delivery risk, escalations, and corrective action plans to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. Ensure solutions align with customer business objectives, ROI expectations, and operational realities, supporting late-stage sales and complex pursuits. Own services financial performance, including margin, utilization, forecasting, and delivery predictability. Oversee post–go-live stabilization and transition to Customer Success, driving satisfaction and long-term referenceability. Collaborate with global Reply teams and partners to balance capacity, share best practices, and ensure consistent customer experience. Minimum Requirements 5 years of experience in supply chain software consulting or implementation leadership. Proven experience delivering WMS or supply chain execution system implementations. Proven knowledge of system architectures and modern technologies Experience managing multi-site, enterprise, or global deployments. Strong team organization acumen with attention to financial aspects related to long-term projects. Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Background in Food & Beverage, Grocery, Retail, Manufacturing, or 3PL. Experience working for a software vendor, SI, or global consulting organization. Experience with modular or microservices-based platforms. Familiarity with global delivery and near/offshore models. \n About Reply Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services. The base compensation range for this full-time position is between [$130,000 - $160,000] plus benefits and bonus. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
