We’re looking for a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of core parts of Replicant’s platform, defining the future of autonomous customer service. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build products that conduct millions of real-time conversations with enterprise-grade accuracy, reliability, and speed. This role is for someone who thrives with autonomy, moves quickly, and cares deeply about building products that deliver measurable impact for enterprise customers. What You'll Do Develop, refine, and lead alignment on a strategy and roadmap shaping a critical part of Replicant’s vision for the next generation of AI customer service, balancing long-term vision with iterative delivery and continuous learning. Gather signal by networking with customers, prospects, industry leaders, and competitors. Translate roadmap into actionable projects for engineering and design teams through thoughtful, expressive product requirements documents (PRDs). Follow these projects up with experiments and success metrics. Partner with Engineering and Design to ship creative, high-quality, reliable, and scalable features, ensuring our customers have products to build industry-leading AI bots. Establish and monitor product metrics including accuracy, containment, task success rates, CSAT, and cost efficiency, and use them to guide decisions. Stay current on the evolving landscape of large language models, evaluation frameworks, and competitive offerings, ensuring Replicant maintains a technical and strategic edge. What You'll Bring 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, machine learning platforms, developer products, or technically complex systems A strong sense of ownership and willingness to dive into details to ensure the right product is delivered Demonstrable success developing deep reliable networking relationships within your product verticals Proven ability to make decisions with data, including defining success metrics, analyzing performance, and adjusting strategy based on results Experience structuring ambiguous problem spaces, bringing clarity, defining strategy, and driving alignment across multiple teams both inside and outside of R&D Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with engineers, designers, senior leaders, and enterprise customers Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to adapt as customer needs, technology, or priorities shift Nice to have Hands-on experience with AI/ML or building products powered by LLMs, fine-tuning, or agentic architectures. Experience in high-growth startups, shipping products in rapidly changing markets. Background in real-time systems, conversational AI, or contact center technology.
